MEET SERAFINA
Founder & Principal Consultant
Serafina Maiorano is a globally experienced leader, board director, and strategic advisor with over 20 years working across government, business, education, and for-purpose sectors.
A speaker, moderator and trusted advisor, she is known for bringing clarity, warmth, and courage to the most complex conversations.
Born into a non-English-speaking background family and shaped by a career spanning Australia, the US, Asia, the Middle East, and Europe, Serafina brings both lived experience and rigorous, evidence-based practice to her cultural intelligence programs, inclusive leadership coaching, and cultural agility advisory.
A Certified Cultural Intelligence (CQ®) and Unconscious Bias facilitator, Serafina has designed and delivered transformational programs for schools, government departments, and organisations across sectors.
She currently holds the following roles:
- Senior Industry Fellow at RMIT University's FORWARD Centre for Future Skills and Workforce Transformation
- Board Director of the US-based Tingari-Silverton Foundation
- Board Member of the History Trust of South Australia.
