MEET SERAFINA
Founder & Principal Consultant
Serafina Maiorano is a globally experienced leader, board director, facilitator, and strategic advisor with over 20 years working across government, business, education, and for purpose sectors. Born into a non-English-speaking household and shaped by a career spanning Australia, the US, Asia, the Middle East, and Europe, she brings both lived experience and rigorous, evidence-based practice to every room she walks into.
A Certified Cultural Intelligence (CQ®) and Unconscious Bias facilitator, Serafina has designed and delivered transformational programs for government departments, schools, and organisations.
She currently serves as a Senior Industry Fellow at RMIT UNIVERSITY's FORWARD Centre, Board Director of the US-based Tingari-Silverton Foundation, and Board Member of the History Trust of South Australia.
A speaker, MC, and panel moderator, Serafina is known for bringing clarity, warmth, and courage to the most complex conversations.
