We acknowledge and honour Traditional Owners of Country throughout Australia and recognise the continuing connection to lands, waters and communities. We pay our respect to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures, and to Elders past and present.
In a world shaped by cultural complexity, Our Global Table equips leaders and teams with the tools to navigate difference with confidence. We help organisations turn purpose into practice - fostering inclusive, high-performing environments that reflect the richness of our global community. Grounded in global best practice and systems thinking, we empower leaders to create lasting impact.
Leading inclusively takes more than good intentions.
Whether you're managing diverse teams, shaping policy, or designing inclusive classrooms, many leaders lack the tools to:
→ Collaborate across cultures and identities
→ Build genuine belonging
→ Turn Diversity, Equity and Inclusion commitments into measurable change.
Without cultural agility, even well-meaning efforts fall short. We’re here to change that.
Tailored strategic plans to embed equity and inclusion into your organisational systems: from boardrooms and classrooms to strategy rooms.
Personalised sessions to enhance cultural intelligence and inclusive leadership skills. This work isn’t about ticking boxes- it’s about leading with impact, and thriving in complexity and change.
Engaging workshops with real-world scenarios to build practical skills and confidence. Personalised Cultural Intelligence (CQ®) Assessments and Feedback Reports to maximise impact.
Inspired by the act of breaking bread at the table, we exist to create spaces of trust, collaboration, and innovation - where stories are shared and connections are deepened.
We envision a world where cultural differences are embraced, not feared; inclusion drives innovation; and systems are transformed to reflect the people they serve.
Come to the table with curiosity.
Share your story.
Listen and learn from others.
Grow with purpose and heart.
Find joy in the journey.
We work with organisations ready to lead inclusively, adapt to change, and make impact where it matters most.
We draw on the globally recognised Cultural Intelligence (CQ®) framework, backed by research in 100+ countries and real-world experience across sectors.
This approach helps organisations lead effectively, inclusively, and confidently in a globalised world.

"I wholeheartedly recommend Serafina for her outstanding work in designing and delivering Cultural Intelligence and Check Your Bias workshops. Serafina brings a deep understanding of these important issues and designs her sessions with care, ensuring they resonate with the lived experiences of participants and lead to genuine transformation.
She creates a space where everyone feels safe and respected, approaching sensitive topics with empathy and wisdom but is not afraid to gently challenge thinking. Serafina's workshops guide participants in exploring their own biases and unpacking the systems that uphold racism, always centering our shared responsibility to build a more just and inclusive future.
Through a balance of storytelling, practical activities, and open-hearted discussions, Serafina encourages deep reflection and shared learning. Her ability to facilitate challenging conversations in a way that honours all voices is a testament to her skill and integrity. Serafina's work is not only informative but also truly transformative, leaving a lasting impact on everyone who participates."
Samantha Webster, Director, Closing the Gap Policy & Transformation, Department of Human Services
“In my many years of teaching, the professional development provided to our educators by Our Global Table was, without a doubt, the best I have ever experienced.
My colleagues and I share the same workplace, but under the guidance of Serafina, we grew to understand that our experiences in that workplace were very different and dependant on our cultural backgrounds. This surprised many people who had never experienced judgement due to the colour of their skin.
Our cultural awareness was heightened, and not only did I form greater connections with my colleagues and a greater understanding of them as people, we were also able to impart greater cultural understanding to our students. Many teachers rethought the way they taught, the language they used, the generalisations they made and invested in more appropriate resources for students."

“The collaboration with Our Global Table has been incredibly successful. Together, we developed a bespoke curriculum for the Community, Connection and Leadership program. It went very well, and it was great to see the boys so engaged.”
