We partner with organisations who want to grow inclusive global leaders, attract and retain top talent, innovate in the face of disruption, plan for what’s around the corner, and adapt when community, customers or clients needs shift.
Our programs use the globally recognised Cultural Intelligence (CQ®) framework, grounded in research across 100+ countries, together with extensive global experience spanning non-profit, government, and business sectors.
This unique blend enables us to design programs that enhance effectiveness and foster inclusivity in diverse settings, empowering organisations to thrive in a globalised world.
Putting Purpose into Practice
We co-design culturally intelligent roadmaps and frameworks to help organisations set goals, take action, and measure progress, ensuring strategic alignment.
CQ Review and Strategy
We assess diversity and inclusion efforts across hiring, marketing, and learning programs to create measurable, transformational, and sustainable strategies.
CQ Leadership Coaching
We coach leaders to understand their intercultural strengths and enhance their effectiveness in diverse cultural settings.
We are passionate about fostering creative collaborations that recognise our collective humanity.
Our vision embraces a future where trust is the cornerstone, innovation thrives, and the richness of cultural differences empowers us to collectively build a more inclusive, interconnected, and peaceful world.
Through these collaborations, we can contribute to shaping a global community that celebrates diversity and works together to create positive change.
Our online CQ® assessments measure an individual’s and an organisation's capability for working and relating across cultures.
Our co-designed CQ and Check Your Bias interactive workshops benefit anyone who connects with different cultures, whether multinational, generational, ethnic, organisational cultures within the workplace, school, or university.
We create inclusive environments that are more engaged, innovative, profitable and connected.
We partner with public sector leaders to create culturally agile workplaces that enhance productivity, foster fulfilment and safety, and support effective performance reporting and strategic alignment. Our goal is to make workplaces where team members feel valued and eager to contribute.
Cultural Intelligence serves as a strategic foundation for advancing anti-racism, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
We advise leaders and educators on how to build culturally agile learning environments from primary school to university through a co-design process with educators and students. Moreover, we aim to equip students with the skills necessary to thrive in the global economy to become the next generation of inclusive global leaders.
We collaborate with businesses to be more productive, better manage diverse teams across time zones; as well as to develop products and services for global markets, and improve global customer and client engagement.
"70% of international ventures continue to fail because of cultural differences. Simplistic approaches that teach cultural practices and taboos aren't sufficient." David Livermore, Leading with Cultural Intelligence: The New Secret to Success
"I wholeheartedly recommend Our Global Table for its outstanding work in designing and delivering Cultural Intelligence and Check Your Bias workshops. It brings a deep understanding of these important issues and designs sessions with care, ensuring they resonate with the lived experiences of participants and lead to genuine transformation.
As Founder, Serafina creates a space where everyone feels safe and respected, approaching sensitive topics with empathy and wisdom but is not afraid to gently challenge thinking. The workshops guide participants in exploring their own biases and unpacking the systems that uphold racism, always centering our shared responsibility to build a more just and inclusive future.
Through a balance of storytelling, practical activities, and open-hearted discussions, Serafina encourages deep reflection and shared learning. Her ability to facilitate challenging conversations in a way that honours all voices is a testament to her skill and integrity. Our Global Table's work is not only informative but also truly transformative, leaving a lasting impact on everyone who participates."
Samantha Webster, Director, Closing the Gap Policy & Transformation, Department of Human Services
“In my many years of teaching, the professional development provided to our educators by Our Global Table was, without a doubt, the best I have ever experienced. Under the guidance of Serafina, we grew to understand that our experiences in that workplace, were very different and dependant on our cultural backgrounds. This surprised many people who had never experienced judgement due to the colour of their skin.
Our cultural awareness was heightened, and we were able to impart greater cultural understanding to our students. Many teachers rethought the way they taught, the language they used, the generalisations they made and invested in more appropriate resources for students."
Sarah Walsh, Teacher, Annesley Junior School
“The collaboration with Our Global Table has been incredibly successful. Together, we developed a bespoke curriculum for the Community, Connection and Leadership program. It went very well, and it was great to see the boys so engaged.”
Graham Duffy, Head of Middle Years, Prince Alfred College
‘The strength of exposing our students to a cultural awareness program is that it raised their understanding of microaggression behaviours in the media, school and communities and gave them the language to voice their opinions about how to advocate for more culturally inclusive behaviours’.
Rebecca Hassam, Year 8 Tutor, Prince Alfred College
